WHO MAY ENTER

The Monte Carlo Vacation (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of all countries that legally permit Internet gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes, and contests. The Monte Carlo Vacation (“Sweepstakes”) is not intended for and is not available to persons in jurisdictions where Internet gambling, lotteries, sweepsstakes, and contests, and/or land based sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and giveaways are, or may be deemed to be, prohibited. It is the responsibility of the partic pant to determine if The Monte Carlo Vacation (“Sweepstakes”) is legal in their country of residence. By submitting an entry for The Monte Carlo Vacation (“Sweepstakes”), the participant represents and warrants to baccaratbetting and their affiliates that there are no legal or other restrictions or prohibitions within the participants jurisdiction, and that he or she has the full, complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in The Monte Carlo Vacation (“Sweepstakes”). Sweepstakes is only open to persons over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of entry.. Limit one entry per person. Prizewinner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release. Affidavits of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Releases must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY AND A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Entries must be submitted online using the entry form on the baccaratbetting website.

GRAND PRIZE

One trip for two to Monte Carlo. Prize includes round trip airfare for two adults, 3 days/2 nigh ts accommodation in a luxury hotel the use of a Ferrari while in Monte Carlo, and € 3000. Prize includes coach-class airfare from most major gateway cities, the winner and his or her travel companion are responsible for getting to one of these departure cities.

Travel package is subject to availability at the time of reservation; allow at least three weeks for processing. Travel must be completed within one year from the ending date of Sweepstakes. Some restrictions on travel times and/or dates may apply.

Approximate Retail Value [ARV] of Grand Prize is $5,000 USD.

*No part of the Grand Prize includes alcoholic beverages. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be awarded. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize. The cash equivalent of any portion of the Grand Prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prize as required by law. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. The prize will be awarded if the number of valid entries received is equal to or greater than 100,000.

JUDGING

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Prize drawing will occur, and the winners will be notified by email and/or telephone.

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND CONTEST

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, bugs, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

CONDITIONS

Winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within 15 days of receipt of prize notification. Noncompliance or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of another winner. Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending upon point of departure and other contingencies. Any difference between actual cost and ARV will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or comparable value. Travel package is subject to availability at the time of reservation; allow at least three weeks for processing. Travel must be completed within one year from the ending date of Sweepstakes. All applicable airport taxes and other official charges are payable by the winner prior to ticketing. Winner is also responsible for any income or other taxes that may apply.

The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder of the address or e-mail account used for entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a potential winner, entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the address from which the entry was received. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person that holds title to the address. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete information, incomplete transmission defaults, postage costs, delays, or failures, any costs involved with establishing or maintaining and Internet connection, computer server failure and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of baccaratbetting, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants also agree to receive promotional offers by email from baccaratbetting and Caribbean Sands Gaming Corp.

Grand Prize excludes tips, fees, taxes, and all other expenses unless specifically identified above. Actual travel dates subject to Sponsor discretion and other conditions outside of Sponsor control. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary documentation, including but not limited to immunizations, visas, and any other trip permissions. By accepting the Grand Prize and taking the trip, Grand Prize winner and his/her guest each represent that they understand that this grand prize travel package contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss, or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, wild animals, or other agencies, known or unknown; and further recognize that medical facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the trip. To be a prize winner and partake of this trip, potential Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must be willing to accept the risk and to confirm their acceptance of such risk in writing at Sponsor request. Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless baccaratbetting, and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, representatives, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability or damages with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes, participation in this Sweepstakes, and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for property damage or personal injury or illness, damages, death or monetary loss.
